At Supports for Living, we ensure participants remain at the centre of all decisions and make informed choices about the services you engage. We work with individuals and families to secure the best outcomes for participants, maximising NDIS services to help achieve your goals.

MEET OUR TEAM

Patrick Vasquez

Managing Director

Patrick is a qualified Welfare Worker and has a Diploma in Management.  He has over 20 years’ experience working in the disability services field. He is passionate about working with people with a disability as an advocate, mentor, Support Co-ordinator and Consultant on NDIS programs.  

 

He has held positions in the public service, disability employment services, disability advocacy and NDIS policy development. After the NDIS roll out in Western Sydney, Patrick became a sole trader providing NDIS Support Coordination and NDIS Consultation specialising in all aspects of NDIS. 

 

Patrick established Sudaca Independent Support Co-ordination and Sudaca Consulting in 2017. The Consulting arm of the business assists individuals and agencies to become NDIS accredited and/or to review/renew their accreditation status following NDIS audits. To date, Patrick has assisted over 30 agencies to achieve NDIS registration. Recently this work has expanded to include Aged Care provider registrations.

Karin Vasquez

Operations Manager

Karin has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Welfare and a Masters in Social Administration. She has worked in the Public Sector with Centrelink and The Office of Protective Commission now known as the NSW Trustee and Guardian (TAG) .

​

Karin has held senior leadership and managerial positions throughout her 30-year career in the community services sector. She is a strong advocate for people with a disability. Whilst at Macarthur Diversity Services she established the organisation’s Disability Services arm including the Short-Term accommodation service (STA) in Campbelltown. Karin also established the organisation’s Aged Care Service which provides in-home supports for the aged through Aged Care Packages.  

 

Karin joined Sudaca Consulting in May 2020, and in July 2020 expanded the business, establishing Supports for Living to offer Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individual Services and Community Access.  She holds a key strategic planning and leadership role within Supports for Living.
